Supervision & Consultation
For therapists and practitioners building sustainable, embodied careers.
Working in this field asks a lot. Especially when you’re holding trauma, dissociation, and complex relational dynamics — often while still finding your footing as a clinician.
I offer supervision and consultation spaces that support not just clinical thinking, but the nervous system of the therapist. These spaces are designed to help you build capacity, deepen relational presence, and stay connected to yourself while doing meaningful, demanding work.
How I Think About Supervision
I believe supervision works best when it’s relational, attuned, and grounded in lived experience, not just theory or technique.
Much like therapy, supervision isn’t only about insight. It’s about what becomes possible when you feel supported enough to think, feel, and respond with greater flexibility. When the therapist’s nervous system has more room, clinical work tends to follow.
My approach emphasizes:
steadiness over performance
curiosity over self-criticism
capacity over competence theater
We work with what’s actually happening — in the room, in the work, and in you.
What These Spaces Offer
As an American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT)–approved supervisor, I provide supervision for pre-licensed and early-career clinicians, as well as consultation for more experienced therapists seeking support with complex cases.
Supervision with me weaves together:
clinical formulation and case consultation
somatic and nervous system awareness
relational dynamics and countertransference
reflective practice and integration
This is a space where your questions, uncertainty, and growing edges are welcome — not something to rush past.
